Welcome to the most comprehensive foundational course in medical astrology.
In this ten-lesson module, you will learn how to find appropriate remedies and medicinal plants using astrology, without requiring advanced astrological knowledge –even without using any charts!
You will also learn the basic anatomy and foundational principles behind astrological charts, and some key terms and concepts in medical astrology. By the end of the course you will know how to use the time of a medical event, consultation or question to create an astrological chart to guide treatment.
This course is beneficial for all herbalists, therapists or doctors who use botanical medicines and wish to upgrade their practice with astrology. It is also an excellent refresher course for experienced medical astrologers who prescribe herbal remedies.

“I really enjoyed the course. It's a great starting point that opens the mind and gives a good foundation of knowledge. Excellent direction for further exploration into a very fascinating aspect of (herbal) practice.” – Kate H, medical herbalist
“I thoroughly enjoyed the AFH course with Marcos and Olly. They were both very clear and highly knowledgeable in the subject… It has shown me that there is a whole lot more to learn about the topics presented and I look forward to getting my teeth into it in the next modules. A very reasonable course fee for the level and quantity of content from skilled tutors”. – Lucy B, medical herbalist
“As a medical herbalist and lapsed astrologer, I’d been looking for a good herbal astrology course for years, so was very excited to start learning with ‘Plan*tarium’. Marcos and Olly are excellent teachers, and can present quite complex ideas in really easy-to-understand ways. The training sessions are fascinating, inspiring and relevant to every day herbal practice. I can’t recommend this course highly enough” - Hannah C, medical herbalist
“I highly recommend the "Astrology for Herbalists" course. As a previous student and practitioner of Ayurveda, where Jyotish Shastra is considered to have a role in the management of disease, alongside herbal medicine and other treatments, it was refreshing and inspiring to learn about medical astrology from a western herbal medicine perspective and discover how this can be used in practice.” - Sara H, medical herbalist
